Review: DESCENT 2

While not as big of a favorite of mine as Descent 1, Descent 2 still has a crushing OST..Not midi like D1, but Redbook audio.

The OST is by various artists, with even Type-O-Negative supplying a shorter, instrumental version of their song 'Haunted'.

The OST overall is a mixed bag, with some cool songs that are a part of my mp3 library, but there's also a couple of grating, annoying-after-a-while songs. And then there's a song like 'Robot Jungle' that has a nice atmospheric middle section but starts and ends with the most obnoxious high-pitched guitar sounds.

Anyhow, the overall OST is still worth checking out, you can find it on the Internet Archive.
